Spicy Thai Slaw

Ingredients: 

3 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
1/2 bunch Thai basil, coarsely chopped
1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup grated carrot
half red onion, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 small ripe mango, peeled and thinly sliced
1-3 red thai chilis, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of one lime
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions: 

In a large bowl combine cabbage, basil, red and yellow peppers, carrot, red and green onions, mango, chilis and cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil, lime juice, rice wine vinegar and Thai sweet chili sauce. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix to combine.
