6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg (700g) frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (2.8oz) french fried onions
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in a frying pan over medium heat. Combine cream of celery soup, milk and sour cream. Stir in the hash browns and half of the onions and cheese.
Spoon mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish. Arrange chops over the potatoes. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and onions and baked, uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
