2 portabella mushrooms, each about 4-inches in diameter
3 ounce shelled cooked crab
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cub thinly sliced green onions
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Remove and chop steams; place in a medium-size bowl and mix in crab, cheese, onions, and Worcestershire
Coat a 9-inch square or a 7- by 11-inch baking pan with cooking oil spray. Arrange mushrooms, gill side up , in pan. Spoon crab mixture on top of mushrooms, pressing it together lightly.
Bake in a 375° oven until cheese melts and browns lightly, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
