3/4 cup soy sauce
10 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2-1/2 lb centre-cut pork side ribs (3 long strips)
4 green onions, minced
In large, shallow dish, combine soy sauce, garlic, sugar and oil; add ribs, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 10 or for up to 30 minutes.
Reserving marinade, place ribs on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, basting with marinade during first 20 minutes and tunring once, for about 30 minutes or until tender.
Sprinkle both sides with onions. Close lid and grill, turning once for 5 minutes. Cut into individual pieces.
